Very relaxed atmosphere, perhaps too relaxed. Most individuals are very friendly/cordial.
There is no onboarding or general training for the assignment. Teams are very fragmented and lack cohesiveness. As a result, efficiency is severely affected. There is no general sense of direction.
Train your new hires properly.
