It's a dynamic place to work, with great comp and benefits. Great opportunity for folks who want to grow quickly and make a sizable impact.
Also -- I love the focus on impact that is agreed on throughout the company. "Ruthlessly prioritize impact," "move uncomfortably fast," and "always listen to the customer" are a few of the principles talked about regularly.
Cons: The company is growing rapidly and is remote-first, which comes with the typical challenges of quickly-outdated processes, communication challenges, etc. It won't be the best fit for folks who aren't excited by the startup lifestyle.
