Pros: - Love that my peers and all employees are highly engaged and invested in the success of the company. - The company truly values and invests in its people to promote a culture where you want to work. - High trust in leadership to do the right thing and listen to feedback. - Benefits are amazing.

Cons: Whatnot is still a startup, so learning how to time manage with unexpected developments is key.

Pros: Whatnot has built a talented team and is one of the first movers in the exploding live retail market. It's a dynamic place to work, with great comp and benefits. Great opportunity for folks who want to grow quickly and make a sizable impact. Also -- I love the focus on impact that is agreed on throughout the company. "Ruthlessly prioritize impact," "move uncomfortably fast," and "always listen to the customer" are a few of the principles talked about regularly.

Cons: The company is growing rapidly and is remote-first, which comes with the typical challenges of quickly-outdated processes, communication challenges, etc. It won't be the best fit for folks who aren't excited by the startup lifestyle.

Pros: Great for people looking for 2C companies and to build fun products. Lots of opportunities to make a change.

Cons: People and prioritization changes happen quite often.
