Pros: Great for people looking for 2C companies and to build fun products. Lots of opportunities to make a change.

Cons: People and prioritization changes happen quite often.

Pros: Whatnot has an innovative product, great leadership, and an engaged user base, which makes it an exciting workplace. We've also hired an excellent team with track records of success. I'm still learning the business and technology from them years after being here. Outstanding benefits, real focus on user outcomes.

Cons: - Not a good fit for people looking for prescriptive, well-described roles. The business changes often, and with that, the priorities. - Full remote workplace makes communication a challenge, but constant effort is put in to improve.

Pros: Get to work with great people. Great pay and benefits. Frequent exposure to customer stories reminds us who we are working for and the good we are doing for them. It is very inspiring to be enabling small business owners to make their dreams come true. The massive focus on value-driven work is a huge selling point for me. I feel like my values are aligned with the stated values of the company, and we are all expected to strive for them.

Cons: It can be exhausting at times since the work is never done. Not having dedicated QA can be draining since engineers need to mitigate and manage every step of bug reporting, including routing or attempting to duplicate issues.
