Process

The interview process began with an easy initial phone screening, followed by an on-site interview at their offices in Pleasanton.

It was a very quick and efficient process, and everyone was really nice.

I spoke with a couple of developers one-on-one. The first few conversations focused on past projects and the company, but the last two interviews were technical.

The first technical panel asked me to draw out UML from given requirements. The second technical panel involved a programming question on a whiteboard, as well as some quick knowledge questions.

Make sure you know everything you put on your resume, and ask good questions when talking to other developers or people in the company.
