I was interviewed for the Dublin office in January 2022.
My first interview was with the hiring manager, which went really well. The next day, I received an email from the Talent team about scheduling the second round, which included three 30-minute interviews.
All these interviews were scheduled within a three-week period. Hardly any technical questions were asked; they were mainly behavioral and company-related questions.
All these rounds went well, and then I received an email for the final round (a fifth interview) with the QA Director, who was based in the US.
This interview was scheduled for the first week of February. I was told that I would receive quick feedback, but unfortunately, I am still waiting for their response.
I have been following up with them. Until mid-March, I received replies from the recruitment team stating that the panel had yet to make a decision. They kept offering excuses and postponing the decision until mid-March, and then suddenly they stopped responding to my emails.
When I checked the status of my job application, it stated "JOB APPLICATION CLOSED."
I was very excited about Workday initially, but I am now highly disappointed with their recruitment process. They work based on their values: "Employee come first," "VIBE," etc. What about the candidates who spend so much time and effort on interviews? Do you have any respect for them? After spending three months, this is what I get.
I request anyone who has applied for a job at Workday to please not waste your time.
