First, I was asked to complete a coding assignment. It wasn't too complicated, but it was a bit of work nonetheless.
After a couple of weeks, I was called for a technical phone interview. Be prepared to talk about your assignment, particularly about scalability. Some other questions covered concurrency, Big O, etc.
