Pros: I've enjoyed working for Workday. They've got a great culture. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with.
Cons: A downside of the culture is that people can be too friendly, especially people leaders. This means getting constructive feedback can be difficult, which can impact growth in role.

Cons: Has a cyclic identity issue. When new management comes on board, there are long discussions about whether we need to redo everything in a different way.
