The community suffered a little post-COVID. As the company grew, so did bureaucracy and red tape. It can be hard to move fast.
Bring back the pre-COVID culture as best as you can, while supporting a hybrid work environment.

The interview process and the people were very enjoyable. The questions were not too difficult, and everyone was really nice. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. The questions asked were typical interview questions.
