Not that great, but the interviews were good. The process was quick, but they don't respond properly and seem to hire people of their race only, because they feel they are more talented.

The phone interview was about 20 or 30 minutes long. It was an easy and nice experience. There were no surprises; they simply wanted to check your background and get to know you better.
