The rest are kinda benign:
Management is in all of the standups and has pretty close eyes on everything (though they never put any pressure on you unless you are working on some blocker issue for customers).
(Could be a pro for extroverts) Big emphasis on socializing, lots of events, games, etc., that I am regularly invited to. Gamification of learning also happens, with quizzes, etc. (Not mandatory stuff, but there's certainly a pressure there, I feel, as an introvert).
Be more open and honest. Don't put on fake niceties. Just lay it down how it is.
Multiple stages online (with recruiter and hiring manager) and a final interview on site, with three different groups of people (manager, product, engineers). Most questions around conflict resolution, team organization, and people development. No
The interview was easy. I thought it would be a tough one, but it wasn't. I wasn't bombarded with DSA and the usual suspects, just straight assessments and discussion around modern topics like Git and general DOM.
The interview process begins with: * A meeting with a Recruiter * A meeting with a Senior Recruiter * A technical interview * A meeting with the team * End of process (Accepted/Declined)
