Great company, great culture that values employees, and this is reflected in most of the employees. I grew a lot since I joined this company, not only on a professional dimension but also as a person, thanks to the policies that encourage respect, internal mobility, and great leadership.
Of course, each company has cons, but I can't think of one ATM.
We need to keep the momentum and the culture that was fostered over the last decade.
