During the pandemic, interviews were held over the phone. This made for a less human, more robot-like interview experience. Otherwise, the questions were good, and the person on the other end of the phone was nice.

The phone interview was about 20 or 30 minutes long. It was an easy and nice experience. There were no surprises; they simply wanted to check your background and get to know you better.

I have no doubt that Workday is a great company to work for, but their interview process let them down. Interviews: * Phone interview * Take-home assessment Standard competency-based questions were asked for the phone screen. The take-home te
