Pros: Incredible CEO and COO.
Genuinely liked most people I worked with.
Product is great.
I'm truly proud to say I worked here.
Pretty encouraging of innovation from the top (can depend on your org).
Cons: Some orgs' middle management (such as Client Services) weren't well architected and were largely overlooked.
Some old tech decisions that have haunted us were continually reinvested in.

Cons: Some growing pains, no clear process to promotion/raise, and no 401k match.

The company makes you feel appreciated.
Great culture.
Flexible working hours and good benefits.
Cons: Maybe a bit overly relaxed.
Could be more aggressive and structured.
No 401k match, as a lot already expressed.
