The best workplace I've found so far
Development here is truly agile; each team really owns its own process. There is autonomy such that everyone has a say, and entire products can be built from anyone's good ideas. Product teams here are well organized and have clear directions.
The company is going through growing pains. As such, some teams are over-managed, and some lack leadership.
