No work pressure; well-balanced life.
Well paid compared to most other companies for less work pressure.
Nice work culture; truly flat organization.
Talent alone is not considered for promotion; experience is also counted, unlike how it was two or three years ago. After the Yahoo-Microsoft deal, the company (Bangalore) does not have a clear vision on what it has to do for the impacted employees. Management is poor in this regard.
However, all other non-impacted teams are doing good.
