A pretty nice place to work if you're seeking work-life balance
As an engineer, work time is flexible and reasonable.
Comfortable, relaxing working environment: Aeron chair, Macbooks, Apple Thunderbolt 27" or Dell monitor.
Management level & PMs are very reasonable and willing to communicate with engineers.
Colleagues are very friendly.
Perks are really good:
- Free lunch, drinks, and snacks
- Free fruits twice a week
- Free half-hour massage twice a week
- Fitness reimbursement of 1500 TWD/month ...
- No overtime pay (but the work time is really flexible as an engineer; you can control your work time to avoid working overtime).
- Salary is too low, especially when considering the required talent level.
- Pretty hard to get promoted.
