Pros: Smart people, fast development, great products. Local search engine leader for a long time.

Cons: Salary is not aligned anyhow, but depends heavily on your conversation with your manager. I worked for 3 months as an intern and then converted into a full-time employee, but my salary remained almost the same. After a while, I got an offer from another company which I liked much more anyway, with double the salary, and happily left. The culture was fine; however, if I compare it to my next employer, it was sometimes too harsh. We tended to make fun of each other and behave aggressively, but it was more like a game. People did respect each other mostly.

Pros: Good office, products, and tech stack.

Cons: Worked with some little toxic people.

Pros: Interesting projects and interesting people!

Cons: There are no disadvantages at Yandex.
