Process
There was one phone screening via Skype with live coding.
After that, Yandex invited me to Berlin for an onsite interview.
The interview took the whole day, starting with a 1:1 interview about programming language details.
Then, an online interview with the group in Moscow, ending with a coding task on a laptop.
When stuck, interviewers tried to push me in the right direction.
The whole staff was very friendly.
