Staff culture is my biggest pro. There is a positive, compete-together attitude among nearly all employees, and some of the brightest minds to learn from.

Highly technical leadership from top to bottom, as well as a tight product-market fit and a fundamental customer focus, means work is well-understood and meaningful.

It might not be for everyone. The pace of change is fast and increasing. But generally, the company looks after you for your impact. Growth is natural from working on hard and varied problems, and the work is rewarding.

Defaulting to transparency internally has always been something that has helped Zapier operate, as well as improving employee culture. Where possible, keep striving for this and live the value at all levels.
