Great workplace and culture, but it lacked transparency

None of the software developer interns received full-time offers due to the state of the economy and subsequent offshoring. While this isn't inherently wrong, it would have been nice for the company to let us know at least after our internships ended. That way, we wouldn't have had to wait a month for return offer decisions, and it would have still given us motivation to put in maximum effort during the internship.
