Really good learning experience
- Lot of responsibility given to an individual.
- A very fast-paced environment.
- Get to work with some very smart people.
- Culture of constant learning and growth.
- You need to take a lot of initiative yourself.
- Very hectic.
- Average working hours could easily stretch into 10 hours a day, but you'd enjoy it.
Better communication in terms of an individual's performance, and perhaps a bit more organized in terms of structure.

It was a smooth process, which involved a few rounds. However, it takes the team a long time to process and review each round, and they take time to reach out.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
They ask DSA questions, DBMS, and some questions on operating systems. They also ask about previous internships. I was asked 3 DSA questions (medium level) and some DBMS questions, like indexing and normalization.
