Toxic managers and directors, micromanagement at its peak. Management itself doesn't know how to manage things; everything is the utmost priority here. Managers will say one thing and sometimes later completely withdraw themselves from that statement, putting the whole blame on lower employees. It's the worst company I have ever worked for. They consider employees as slaves.
