Accenture Federal Services is seeking an ETL Developer to join their team in Chantilly, VA. This role is crucial in helping break down agile objectives and goals that align with customer value into manageable user stories and subtasks. The ETL Developer will work with the team to accomplish each sprint, with customer value released quarterly at the completion of each Planning Increment (PI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and implement data engineering pipelines
- Support documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab
- Break user stories into manageable sprint-accomplishable goals and collaborative subtasks
- Ensure quick completion of user value working code (data automation actually moving through the pipeline)
- Maintain and develop ETL code
- Perform tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity
- Support design, implementation/integration of code, and maintenance and testing of automated data pipelines
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a development role
- 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL
- 3+ years of experience using Linux and Git
- Experience in maintaining and developing ETL code
- Experience supporting design, implementing/integrating code, and maintaining and testing of automated data pipelines
- US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
- Top Secret security clearance
Nice to have:
- Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, and Object Store
- Preferred experience in the finance industry
