Accenture Federal Services, a leading technology company serving the US federal government, is seeking a Senior ScienceLogic Engineer to join their team of 13,000+ professionals. This role combines technical expertise in cloud operations with specialized knowledge of ScienceLogic platforms.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 6 years of experience in cloud operational tools and specific expertise in AWS and ScienceLogic. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining ScienceLogic environments, integrating with enterprise applications, and driving operational excellence through monitoring and optimization.

As a ScienceLogic Engineer, you'll work on critical infrastructure supporting federal government missions, implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. The role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while contributing to important national initiatives.

Responsibilities For ScienceLogic Engineer

  • Provide operations, maintenance, and end-to-end infrastructure support for ScienceLogic environments
  • Setup, configuration, operations, and maintenance of ScienceLogic for new or existing systems
  • Assist with the integration of SL1 with existing enterprise applications like Service Now and JIRA
  • Help develop KPI's, operations dashboards, and business service maps
  • Create customized SL1 user and admin guides
  • Train end users on SL1 features
  • Help explain to app teams the findings/optimizations reported by SL1
  • Assist with SL1 infrastructure planning for future usage

Requirements For ScienceLogic Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline OR AWS/Azure Certification
  • 6 years setting up, configuring and using Cloud Operational Tools
  • 2 years AWS experience required
  • 2 years of ScienceLogic experience
  • Experience implementing shared services and migrating systems/applications
  • Experience managing and operating systems/applications in enterprise cloud computing environment
