Sr Staff Software Engineer, Reliability Engineering

Airbnb, a global hospitality platform that has facilitated over 2 billion guest arrivals worldwide, is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team. The position offers a competitive salary range of $244,000 - $304,000 USD, along with benefits including equity and Employee Travel Credits. This is a remote position within the United States, with occasional office visits or offsites as needed.

Key responsibilities include developing roadmaps for Reliability, implementing company-wide SRE architecture, creating scalable incident management processes, and mentoring other Site Reliability Engineers.
