Airbnb is seeking a Staff Program Manager for BizTech Global Ops to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in shaping the operations service strategy for Global Operations and BizTech. You'll be responsible for managing programs that ensure the success of Operation Services, working closely with Operations team members and BizTech engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and implementing Shift Left opportunities
  • Creating training programs
  • Reporting on performance metrics and insights
  • Providing feedback on service performance
  • Recommending improvements for technology-supported processes

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in Operations Program Management or similar roles, with strong business analysis skills and a deep understanding of service delivery management. You should excel in gathering project requirements, managing budgets, and developing strategic plans. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, automation, and various IT processes is essential.
