Staff Software Engineer, Marketplace Operations

Airbnb, a leading global hospitality platform founded in 2007, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Marketplace Operations team. The position sits within the Marketplace Operations team, which is responsible for building the platform and tooling to enable Airbnb to onboard and manage the highest quality supply across all lines of business. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in both developing new systems and maintaining existing platforms. The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $204,000 to $255,000 USD, plus potential bonus, equity, and Employee Travel Credits. This is a remote-eligible position within the United States, with occasional work at Airbnb offices or offsites as needed.
