Requirements For Staff Software Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 8 years of experience in the job or related occupation
- Experience building scalable and reliable backend systems
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember)
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience with server-side web technologies (Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go)
- Experience with database systems
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization of data systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of security and systems handling sensitive data
- Experience with database replication, sharding, and scalability techniques
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
