Business Intelligence Engineer - 12 months contract, S&OP - EU SWA

We're seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join Amazon's Ship With Amazon (SWA-EU) Sales & Operations Planning Analytics team. This role combines advanced analytics with practical business applications to optimize First Mile (FM) and Middle Mile (MM) network operations. The position offers an opportunity to work with large-scale data systems and develop forecasting solutions that directly impact operational efficiency.

The role involves leading the development of analytical solutions for network optimization, including route planning and capacity utilization models. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining advanced forecasting models that ensure optimal resource allocation across the SWA-EU network. Working with cutting-edge tools and technologies, you'll build automated reporting systems and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and various visualization tools.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions. The position requires expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines. Knowledge of AWS solutions is a plus.
