Cloud Support Engineer I - BigData (Mandarin Fluency)

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, assisting a global list of companies and developers in leveraging AWS services for their mission-critical applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and using groundbreaking technologies

• Interacting with leading engineers worldwide
• Partnering with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues
• Providing feedback to internal teams on service improvements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Fluency in both written and verbal Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent

Preferred qualifications include experience in cloud/distributed computing, systems administration, network administration, database administration, and programming.
