Data Center Manager, Data Center Operations

Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) is seeking a Data Center Manager to oversee the world's largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure in India. This role involves managing and developing teams of engineers, maintaining existing co-located and in-house Data Centers, assisting in building new Data Centers, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing high-performing engineering teams
• Maintaining and improving Data Center operations
• Assisting in the construction of new Data Centers
• Enhancing processes and procedures
• Managing relationships with vendors and contractors
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
• Creating and utilizing metrics to drive positive changes
• Implementing service methodologies (incident, problem, change, and capacity management)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in DC Operations, IT Operations, or similar roles
• 3+ years of experience building and managing technical teams
• Strong incident and vendor management skills
• Process improvement expertise
• Experience in health and safety management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
