Data Center Operations (DCO) Server Engineer, NRT East - DCO

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. As a Data Center Operations (DCO) Server Engineer, you'll be part of the Infrastructure Operations Team, maintaining infrastructure including servers, network devices, and other components. Key responsibilities include 24/7 onsite coverage in shifts, break-fix of servers and network devices, troubleshooting network connections, responding to high-severity events within SLAs, contributing to projects, and seeking ways to improve processes and systems.
