Amazon Connect is a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. As a Software Development Engineer on the Amazon Connect team, you'll be part of a fast-growing business soon after launch, helping shape the technology and product as we grow. You'll own code end-to-end from design to development, work closely with senior technical leaders, and have the opportunity to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Work on one of the newest and most exciting AWS services
  • Develop the next generation contact center using AI, ML, and Big Data
  • Solve complex engineering and algorithmic problems
  • Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems
