Amazon's Customer Service (CS) organization is expanding its software engineering team to drive automation, self-service, and defect reduction for customers. We are seeking smart, energetic, and passionate software development engineers to solve complex technical problems and work with engineering and business teams distributed across the globe.
The successful candidate will join the Consumer Tech and Product (CTAP) team, owning the delivery of technical changes from a strong roadmap of projects. These projects range from introducing new self-service workflows for customers to access from the website to new Email, Push, and SMS notifications. You'll gain extensive experience in a short time by working with various technical teams globally on an away team model basis.
