Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Act as a subject matter expert for one or more services
  • Lead large multi-team projects and resolve complex support issues
  • Improve operational efficiency through SLAs, metrics, monitors, procedures, tools, and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews to identify and mitigate support risks
  • Develop automation tools for systems administration tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across products
  • Own production system software deployments and upgrades
  • Perform software deployments and migrations

Requirements For Support Engineer
