We are the Amazon Physical Stores Retail Integration Team, responsible for launching and setup of the retail services which run stores like Amazon Go with its "Non-Just Walk Out" technology. As a Support Engineer III, you will be challenged to invent, create and solve challenging problems in an entrepreneurial environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and work on services with a direct impact on the customer experience. Key responsibilities include creating new stores in Amazon back-end systems, updating key Java packages, troubleshooting the retail checkout pipeline, and defining new processes to scale operations. You will also mentor other engineers and collaborate with team members to solve complex problems.
