  • Drive overall schedule of diagnostic projects from conceptualization to deployment
  • Recognize and communicate multi-functional issues and risks
  • Work with engineering teams to develop requirements
  • Drive implementation schedules

Requirements For AppleCare Engineering Program Manager

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Software and Hardware Project management skills
  • Experience in coordinating complex software projects from design to release
  • Understanding of operating systems (iOS, MacOS, iPadOS)
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of product development processes
  • Negotiation and risk management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams
