CAD Engineering Program Manager

Apple's Hardware Technology Engineering Program Management Team is seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to support the Silicon Engineering CAD organization. This role combines technical expertise in silicon CAD design flows with strong program management capabilities. The position involves working directly with hardware Technology teams to drive schedules and resolve issues across multiple projects and technology nodes.

As a CAD EPM, you'll be instrumental in crafting project plans, identifying and resolving blockers, and aligning CAD team work across multiple parallel projects. The role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end silicon CAD design flows, with responsibilities spanning from technical issue resolution to ensuring on-time silicon delivery for ambitious product schedules.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in handling conflicting priorities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple sites, participating in technical discussions and driving solutions. Experience with successful silicon tapeouts is valued, as is the ability to inspire team members and drive results.
