To excel in this role, you should have:
- A BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

- Understanding of industry-standard circuit simulators, debug tools, and STA tools
- Knowledge of timing, power, noise, and EMIR analysis
- Efficient programming skills in languages like SKILL, Perl, Python, TCL, and Shell
- Exposure to ML-based programming algorithms
- Ability to provide automations for rapid and dynamic design needs
- Collaborative skills to work with the circuit team on design flows and tools
