  • Manage design and construction of office and research and development facilities
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders from various teams
  • Manage architects, engineers, specialty consultants, vendors, and general contractors
  • Deliver capital projects meeting expectations in quality, budget and schedule
  • Run multiple projects including equipment upgrades and modifications within occupied buildings

Requirements For Places – Construction Project Manager

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate office construction as a project manager in North America
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry, design process, and construction practices
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture degree
