Silicon Validation Engineering Program Manager

As a Program Manager within the HW Technology Program Management organization at Apple, you will be responsible for driving silicon validation programs from board design through factory builds, deployment, and support. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to tackle technical issues, define allocation requirements, and manage hardware programs vital to silicon validation plans. This role requires a strong technical understanding of system design and silicon validation planning, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical issue resolution to meet product schedules
• Manage silicon validation hardware programs and processes
• Define allocation requirements for multiple silicon validation teams
• Handle issue reporting and communication of program risks and status
• Lead technical sessions with multi-functional teams
• Oversee and follow up on issues and partner concerns

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering
• Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management
• Hands-on experience in silicon design, verification, or validation (preferred)
• Excellent leadership and team motivation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to driving project development using well-defined metrics
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
