Silicon Validation Hardware NPT Program Manager

Apple's Silicon Validation (SiVal) Hardware Program Management Team is seeking a resourceful and energetic New Product Technology (NPT) Program Manager. This role involves supporting custom silicon validation hardware development from concept through build at local contract manufacturers (CM) and distribution across multi-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating Purchase Requisitions for CM and consigned parts
• Coordinating with Engineering, DV, and DFM to consolidate PCB requirements
• Leading RFQ and build processes with PCB suppliers and SMT CM
• Consolidating build requirements and creating SMT build matrices
• Leading materials clear-to-build (CTB) and driving closure of material issues
• Hosting quarterly service review meetings with CM
• Planning and forecasting long lead components
• Supporting materials budget planning and spend management

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of enabling larger multi-functional teams to deliver complex systems efficiently and with high quality. They should understand hardware system development, orchestrate build plans and schedules, and expertly lead execution from RFQs through hardware delivery.

The position is based in Cupertino, California, and offers a competitive base pay range between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, along with additional benefits and stock options.
