SoC Validation Engineer

Apple is seeking a SoC Validation Engineer to join their Silicon Validation Team. This role is crucial in delivering the next groundbreaking Apple products through silicon validation, debug, and root cause analysis. You'll be working with system workloads to identify and resolve circuit marginalities, process-design interactions, and logic bugs.

As part of the team, you'll collaborate closely with functional test writers to understand the architecture of IP blocks within Apple SoCs and create validation plans. Your responsibilities include executing system tests on prototype SoCs across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners using automation frameworks. You'll be the first line of defense in debugging issues, working with domain experts to develop root cause theories and test workarounds.
