- Provide user experience and interface design from Ideation to Implementation
- Define strategy, objectives, and vision of product set
- Create and present user experience design, interactions, and interface design artifacts
- Ensure consistency and high quality of design solutions
- Optimize user experiences for supply chain management solutions
- Conduct in-depth user research
- Implement creative thinking across diverse product releases
- Drive direction, style, and methodology of user experience design
- Develop and maintain user experience design systems

Requirements For Software Development Engineer - Applications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Applied Learning Sciences, Design or related field
- 1 year of experience applying User Experience Design principles and methodologies
- Experience with UI Design principles and methodologies
- Experience with UX Research principles and methods
- Experience with Visual Design principles and methodologies
- Experience with Service Design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in creating user experience flow maps and data visualizations
- Proficiency in design tools including Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
