Description For Wireless System Engineer

As a member of the systems engineering team working on cellular power, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to work on the most interesting and challenging problems related to power architecture and optimization.

We are looking for expert and highly self-motivated system engineers to work on exciting problems related to cellular modem power optimization. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally across many disciplines to drive the optimal power architecture, starting with product requirements all the way to commercialization. You will work on defining system-level requirements, proposing innovative ideas, defining power architecture, and performing power measurements to drive power optimizations that meet product requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to system design and power architecture in cellular modems
  • Studying and analyzing post-Silicon power data and waveforms to identify potential optimization opportunities
  • Actively participating in modem power measurement and optimization, working cross-functionally to drive the product to commercialization while meeting set power goals
  • Working closely with product teams to drive cellular modem power requirements and analyze system-level use-cases for power-optimized operation
