Arrow is seeking a Senior Java Hybris Developer to join their team in Bangalore. This role focuses on developing and maintaining SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications, requiring extensive experience in Java and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Hybris development and will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The position involves working with various technologies including SAP Commerce, Spring Boot, SOLR, and various database technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior developer looking to work on complex e-commerce solutions while taking on technical leadership responsibilities. The role offers the chance to work on both B2B and B2C operations, handling everything from cart and checkout functionalities to promotions and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities For Java Hybris Developer
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable SAP Commerce Environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and guide new team members
Requirements For Java Hybris Developer
- 5 years of experience in Design/Develop Hybris Applications
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience in Java
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce and Spring Boot Applications
- Experience in Adaptive Search and SOLR
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Experience with test-driven development
- Experience with Version Control (Bitbucket Preferred)
- Experience with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
- Hands-on experience in B2C/B2B Operations (Cart, Checkout, My Account, Promotions)
- Experience in Hot Folder / Third Party integrations
- Experience in SAP Data models Design and Customization
