At Audible, a leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, we're seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for our marketing and product measurement science team. This role focuses on understanding the ROI of paid media and brand investments, working within Audible's insights team to leverage data for company and customer value creation.

The position involves developing KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations that drive results-focused decision-making. You'll work closely with global marketers to optimize paid media budget allocation decisions, while also collaborating across various functions including engineering, data science, product management, and content development.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate analyses that drive high-quality decision making, conducting deep-dive analyses, and collaborating with multiple teams to understand the relationship between short-term performance and long-term brand building. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent work capability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
