Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Software Engineer II (Hybrid)
- Lead the design, development, operations and maintenance of mission-critical web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design to solve the team's biggest technical challenges
- Ensure performance, quality, reliability, availability and responsiveness
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices
Requirements For Senior Frontend Software Engineer II (Hybrid)
- 8+ years of industry experience shipping Web applications
- Understanding and experience with networking protocols such as Websockets, TCP, UDP, DNS, Push Notifications
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries, including React or Angular JS
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience of writing concurrent code that is free of data races
- Experience building modular, scalable, and easy-to-maintain front-end applications
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON, including JSONRPC over Websockets
- Track record of setting the technical and organizational direction for web development teams
- Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within a team
