Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Beacon AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing aviation through AI pilot assistant technology, focusing on enhancing flight safety and operational efficiency. We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead our serverless cloud systems development.

The role involves designing and maintaining high-performance backend services, managing APIs for aircraft data streaming, and building sophisticated analytical tools. You'll work with real-time aviation data, construct data pipelines, and ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing and monitoring.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in serverless systems, strong expertise in cloud technologies (especially AWS), and proven ability in data engineering. You should be comfortable with Python or Node.js and have experience in data visualization tools. Aviation industry knowledge is a plus.
